covid-19 & cancellation policy
PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING:
I really want to keep you & my family as safe as possible! Please be respectful & adhere to TCBT terms of entry.
**DUE TO THE RAPIDLY INCREASING COVID-19 CASES IN NSW, ALL CLIENTELE MUST HAVE PROOF OF DOUBLE VACCINATION/BOOSTERS.
IF YOU HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 YOU MUST HAVE BEEN ISOLATING FOR THE REQUIRED AMOUNT OF TIME STATED BY SERVICE NSW BEFORE YOU CAN RECEIVE SERVICES**
I appreciate your understanding that there are vulnerable & immune compromised clients who I have a duty of care to keep safe whilst receiving my services. Being a home business, my priority is also to keep my family safe.
I'm afraid that a mask MUST be worn for the duration of your treatment (unless receiving facial treatments) I dislike wearing them as much as you do! However, as a business owner who treats the public, my obligation is to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
ON THE DAY OF YOUR BOOKING:
*Remember that if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who is unwell, have been told you need to isolate, have returned from overseas in the last 14 days or have visited any known Covid19 areas of concern: YOU MUST RE-SCHEDULE YOUR BOOKING.*
Please arrive to your appointment alone. Due to the 4m square rule: children, friends or family members will not be permitted to attend with you. A parent or guardian may attend with clients under the age of 18 years or clients who require a carer to be present during their appointment.
Please DO NOT arrive to your appointment if any of the following apply to you, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE. Sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, fever, have been identified as a close or casual contact or awaiting a covid-19 test.
Upon arrival of your appointment, you will be directed to check in using the Service NSW QR code (If you can't do this, I will check you in)
Please also utilise hand sanitiser before entry.
I have a COVIDSAFE plan in place & assure you that your safety is of the highest importance. Thank you for your understanding & cooperation.
24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice.
50% of the service fee may incur for a late cancellation, 100% for no show.
*This also applies for gift vouchers.
