I appreciate your understanding that there are vulnerable & immune compromised clients who I have a duty of care to keep safe whilst receiving my services. Being a home business, my priority is also to keep my family safe.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED If you haven't received a confirmation email this means there has been an error making your booking. Double check you have given the correct email address & make sure you have finalised your booking properly.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS: Appointments must be pre-paid for 100% of the service cost.

This fee is transferable/*refundable if you reschedule/cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

A credit for the cost of the treatment can be transferred to a future appointment if rescheduling 24 hours prior.

​

*PayPal or Square payments will be refunded minus the service fee percentage.

WAXING APPOINTMENTS:

Due to the high volume of late cancellations & no shows for waxing, these services must be booked & pre-paid online.

​

SAUNA: Sauna sessions are contactless & must be booked & pre-paid online.

Sauna sessions can be rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to your booking.

24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. 

100% of the service fee will incur for a late cancellation or no show.

*This also applies for gift vouchers.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR BOOKING:

 

For health & safety, it is recommended you arrive to your appointment alone. A parent or guardian may attend with clients under the age of 18 years or clients who require a carer to be present during their appointment.

 

TCBT is a home business located in the rear building of our family home.

*PLEASE DON'T GO TO THE FRONT DOOR* You can access the beauty studio by walking down the driveway on the right & the infrared sauna, the external staircase to the left.
