PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING:
I really want to keep you & my family as safe as possible! Please be respectful & adhere to TCBT terms of entry.
**IF YOU HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 YOU MUST RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT**
I appreciate your understanding that there are vulnerable & immune compromised clients who I have a duty of care to keep safe whilst receiving my services. Being a home business, my priority is also to keep my family safe.
A mask MUST be worn for the duration of your treatment (unless receiving facial treatments) I dislike wearing them as much as you do! However, as a business owner who treats the public, my obligation is to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
ON THE DAY OF YOUR BOOKING:
Please arrive to your appointment alone. Children, friends or family members will not be permitted to attend with you. A parent or guardian may attend with clients under the age of 18 years or clients who require a carer to be present during their appointment.
Please DO NOT arrive to your appointment if any of the following apply to you, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE. Sore throat, cough, fever, cold/flu like symptoms, if you or someone in your household has tested positive for covid.
I have a COVIDSAFE plan in place & assure you that your safety is of the highest importance. Thank you for your understanding & cooperation.
24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice.
100% of the service fee may incur for a late cancellation or no show.
*This also applies for gift vouchers.
