PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING:

I really want to keep you & my family as safe as possible! Please be respectful & adhere to TCBT terms of entry.

 

**IF YOU ARE COVID-19 POSITIVE YOU MUST RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT**

I appreciate your understanding that there are vulnerable & immune compromised clients who I have a duty of care to keep safe whilst receiving my services. Being a home business, my priority is also to keep my family safe.

MASK WEARING:

If you choose to wear a mask, it is very much appreciated for the duration of your treatment (unless receiving facial treatments)
As a business owner who treats the public, I will continue to wear a mask during your treatment to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS: Appointments over the value of $100 will require a 100% deposit in order to confirm your booking. You can pre-pay the full amount online or I will send you a payment request once you have made your booking.

24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. 

100% of the service fee will incur for a late cancellation or no show.

*This also applies for gift vouchers.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR BOOKING:

 

Please arrive to your appointment alone. Children, friends or family members will not be permitted to attend with you. A parent or guardian may attend with clients under the age of 18 years or clients who require a carer to be present during their appointment.

 

Please RESCHEDULE your appointment if any of the following apply to you, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE. Sore throat, cough, fever, cold/flu like symptoms, if you or someone in your household has tested positive for covid.
