TO START: Hands Nourishing cuticle soak with apricot kernel oil, nail shaping, buffing, cuticle work & hand/arm massage. Nail Lacquer of your choice to finish. Feet Foot soak with magnesium & skin softening oils to relieve tired and aching muscles. Nail shaping & Apricot Kernel oil cuticle treatment. Heel buffing, scrub of feet & lower legs plus tension relieving massage. Nail Lacquer of your choice to finish. TO FINISH: I have personally selected natural & organic products for this soul nurturing facial to create a bespoke treatment just for you. To begin, a detailed skin analysis, cleanse & exfoliation, followed by crystal chakra ritual for balance, stress relief & relaxation. A peel, microdermabrasion or other advanced modality will be utilised depending on skin concerns, followed by lifting & draining facial massage, treatment mask & herbal eye compress for puffiness & dark circles. Neck & shoulder massage with heated palm stones will send you into a deep meditative relaxation. Finish with appropriate facial serum, moisturiser and SPF.
